Windows 7 AnyDesk ошибка desk_rt_ipc_error

Ammyy Admin тоже классный. Его везде пользую. В месяц 15 часов бесплатно. Для каждой фермы хватает с головой. На управляющий комп купил лицензию за 2400 (одну). Есть за 1200 р., но там только одно активное соединение доступно. Так и живу с 2017, горя не знаю.

Но есть ньюанс: ему эмуль моника нужен (у меня интегрированные видюхи активны). Причём, как-то странно: на S1155/1150 — не нужен, на 1151 матери ASUS на Z270 — работает без эмулятора. Если на H270 ASUS и ASRock — то чёрный экран и приходится эмуль ставить. Кароч — нипанятна. Но эмули нынче дёшевы, так что 200 р. на ферму не жалко.

UPD Сейчас произвел опыт — подключился с тестового компа к основному — никаких дисконнектов! Но как только нажал "Переключить стороны" — дисконнекты мгновенно вернулись. O.o

Произвел еще один опыт — По RMS подключился к одному из компов в офисе, запустил на нем AnyDesk? а с него к тестовому компу (тому, что находится в моей домашней сетке и дисконнектится).
Проблема дисконнектов не возникла! То есть вот таким кружным путём можноспокойно упралять тестовым компом, находящимся в 1 метре от основного, а при соединении без посредника — фигушки.
Глубоко задумался.

UPD3 Через некоторое время дисконнекты появились и с посредником (((
А вот RMS работает без проблем — что при прямом подключеении по АйПи, что по АйДи, что через цепочку компов-посредников.

I have a "headless" Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS server which I access by remoting in via AnyDesk. I can usually do this fine for a few days, then all of a sudden I start getting "desk_rt_ipc_error" connection errors. The Server is stil running fine as I can access my media and Pi-Hole is still running etc. The only way I can gain access via AnyDesk is by rebooting the server, then I'm able to access for a few days again until I start seeing "desk_rt_ipc_error" messages again

I'm trying to access from a Windows 10 PC, Windows 10 Laptop and my Android phone. All have the same issue. Any advice please? Many thanks

Hi All, this is probably an easy fix, but I am stumped.

I have MX 18.3 installed, Anydesk 5.1.1 installed and operational. I can remote perfectly if I am logged into MX, however if I havent logged in yet, OR if I log out, then I cannot get back in, even though the Anydesk connection shows the green check mark.

The error I get is :
The session has ended.
Status: desk_rt_ipc_error

I have found a couple of posts that say to update anydesk, and found one anydesk support note saying this was a problem back in 4.x.x, and was fixed. however. I am staring at the issue now.

This is verified on both my regular MX install as well as my VirtualBox Install.

Anyone have any ideas on this ?

Thanks for the reply. I have submitted a problem ticket with them, however nothing yet.

Until I can find a fix, I have setup to use RDC where its critical.

Update on this if anyone is interested.

So I found that the issue was actually an issue with the remote desktop (host) being sent to the client, when using a Windows Client to a Linux host, over a VPN.

I found several workarounds, if anyone is interested (none pretty) . however the bottom line is AnyDesk knows about it, has been working on a fix, and I am now sending them trace files and working with them on a fix, however none yet.

Certainly. Once connected and you get ‘Waiting for image’ .. Click on the lightening bolt at the top of the AnyDesk menu.

You will either have only Setup TCP Tunneling available, or Switch Sides will also be enabled.

What your after is Switch Sides. click that, it will tell you your sharing your screen, and then you can switch back again and it should now present the remote screen.

If you have ONLY the Setup TCP Tunneling choice, then click it. then cancel and back out. NOW you should see Switch Sides enabled in the menu and can click it.

Using the above I have been able to toggle the Image to immediately work and gain control.

Still working with AnyDesk to try to pin this down, but they are slow to respond.
